Plans are underway for the 50th-year reunion for the Southington High School Class of 1959. Expected to take place are a "social" for classmates on Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, and the "reunion" for classmates and their guests the following evening, October 17.

The committee has tentatively booked the Manor Inn for both affairs.
