Former superintendent of schools
under fire in Milford
-
Southington's superintendent of schools from 2000 to 2007 is facing sexual harassment allegations in the position he left Southington to accept.
-
The Milford Board of Education this past weekend voted to place Harvey B. Polansky on paid administrative leave following allegations of acting in an inappropriate sexual manner toward two school principals.
-
Polansky, a resident of Trumbull, has been the superintendent of schools in Milford since the summer of 2007. He accepted the position on the heels of seven years leading the Southington school system.
